Refund Policy

Pierre Kull offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on PDFStream AI subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will refund the payment.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request one at paddle.net using the email address on your order, or contact us at support@pdfstream.ai and we will arrange it for you.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page or Paddle's customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal was charged unexpectedly, contact us within 30 days and we will help.

Upgrades and downgrades mid-cycle are pro-rated automatically: you only pay the difference for the remaining period, and any credit is applied to your next invoice.
